Branson Bank strives to honor area Veterans-EVERYDAY. As a locally-owned community bank with locations in Branson, Forsyth and Branson West, we know that many Veterans call Ozark Mountain Country home.

Nomination Form

PURPOSE:
The Branson Bank Veteran of the Quarter program serves two purposes: to honor local Veterans for their service and to share Veteran stories with our community, especially the younger generation, to ensure that Veterans are celebrated, valued, and remembered.

NOMINATION:
We appreciate your help with identifying and nominating local Veterans; individuals who are Taney and Stone County residents who have served and/or are on Active-Duty Military service. An accurate account of their service history is required that shows a service record of a Veteran who went above and beyond the call of duty and demonstrated: Courage, Heroism, and Bravery. Their involvement in Veteran organizations post-service is also held in high regard. Your responses about service history (found on the form) provide valuable information so the Veteran Committee can make the best decision for each quarterly selection.

SELECTION PROCESS:
Each quarter, a panel of Veterans will review nominations to select a Veteran of the Quarter. After selection, bank associates will make arrangements with the Veteran for their upcoming media announcement and celebration. All nominations will be held in a folder to be presented at every selection meeting until they are selected. Only nominations for those who have moved out of the area or have passed on will be removed from the folder. To accomplish the purpose of this program, Veterans must be available to participate in their announcement activities, including Newspaper interviews, radio interviews, flag-raising ceremonies, and/or other events to be determined.
After selection, the recipient’s photo and story will be on display at the Branson Bank Highway 248 location for that quarter and their name will be added to the Veteran of the Quarter plaque, to be viewed for many years to come.

BRANSON BANK CONTACT:
To nominate a Veteran, complete all information on both pages of the form. Completed forms may be delivered to any Branson Bank location, emailed to marketing@bransonbank.com, or mailed to Branson Bank, Attn: Marketing Department, 3285 Falls Parkway, Branson, MO 65616.
