Nikki Pursell joined Branson Bank in 2022, bringing a wealth of experience in retail banking, Commercial Lending, and Loan Operations that spans over two decades. Since 2005, Pursell’s focus has been on Commercial Lending and Loan Operations, which continues to sharpen her management skills, and ensures the successful implementation of new programs and software platforms. Her commitment to providing high-quality assistance to lenders and borrowers is matched by her strong leadership abilities, extensive knowledge of the banking industry, and a critical eye for documentation details and compliance.
A longtime resident of the area, Pursell graduated from Reeds Spring High School and furthered her education at North Arkansas College. Outside of her professional life, Pursell, along with her husband, owns and operates Sir Speedy of Branson. While not working, she and her husband enjoy being outdoors.
