Branson Bank is pleased to announce the promotions of Pam Jenkins to AVP of Consumer Lending, Lynette Hornbostel to AVP of Loan Operations, Sue Schlagel to Loan Operations Officer, and Caleb Jobe to Portfolio Officer.
Pam Jenkins has worked in banking for over 31 years, 13 with Branson Bank. She joined Branson Bank in 2005 as a Loan Assistant and became a Consumer Loan Officer in 2009. As AVP of Consumer Lending, Pam will continue to offer personal loans in addition to Small Business Loans. Pam is involved with the Branson Chamber of Commerce, serving as an Ambassador since 2010 and she also volunteers as a mentor in the Jobs For Life Program at Jesus Was Homeless.
Lynette Hornbostel has worked in banking for over 25 years, with 12.5 of those at Branson Bank. She joined the bank in 2005, holding positions such as: Loan Assistant, Loan Operations Manager, and Loan Operations Officer. As AVP of Loan Operations, Lynette will oversee and report on loan activity in the Loan Operations Department.
Sue Schlagel has been employed with Branson Bank for 10 years and has held titles including: Loan Assistant and Lead Loan Operations. As Loan Operations Officer, she is responsible for assisting the Loan Operations AVP, managing Loan Operations Associates, handling day-to-day department operations, and communicating daily with Loan Officers. She currently serves the Taney County Community Foundation of the Ozarks as a committee member and is actively involved in her church youth program.
Caleb Jobe has been employed with Branson Bank for 4 years, previously as Credit Analyst and Portfolio Manager. As Portfolio Officer, Caleb will oversee loan portfolio asset management, conduct regular reviews for overall asset quality, manage credit function initiatives, and create risk management updates to bank policy and procedures. Caleb is currently involved in the Branson Chamber’s Ignite Program.
