Metz Rejoins Mortgage Team

A familiar face has returned to the Mortgage Lending Department at Branson Bank. Debbie Metz rejoins the bank mortgage team as Mortgage Underwriter/ Processor. In summary, her job responsibilities include: processing mortgage loans from origination to funding, collecting and analyzing documentation, managing transactions to ensure closing deadlines, maintaining on-going communication with customers and third parties, assisting the business development team, and ensuring bank policy is upheld throughout the process.
“We are overjoyed to have Debbie back on our team,” says Kim Senne, VP/ Mortgage Lending, Branson Bank. “The residential housing market continues to grow and we are growing with it. Debbie offers tremendous support to our associates and customers, strengthening and broadening our knowledge base. We are thankful that she has come home to Branson Bank.”
Debbie has over 25 years of Mortgage Lending Experience – 10 of which with Branson Bank prior to her return. Additional experience includes: 16 years as a licensed property/ casualty insurance agent and 3 years as a licensed title insurance agent. Her vast knowledge of residential home buying in addition to insurance and title work make her a valuable asset to the Branson Bank mortgage team and the community.

Debbie serves on the Education Committee for the Tri-Lakes Board of Realtors and is a Past President for the Hollister Rotary Club. She enjoys painting, cooking and sewing. Debbie is married to Jerry, has 2 children and 2 grandchildren.
