For Minor Accounts Only:  Primary account holder must be a minor under the age of 18. Parent or Guardian will sign as secondary owner. The $2.50 monthly minimum balance fee is waived for anyone under 18 years of age. No minimum balance to open account. No minimum daily balance required to earn interest.
