Dees received a Bachelor of Science Degree from College of the Ozarks. Her career after college started in banking and has spanned over 22 years. Her roles have included Teller, Customer Service Rep, Teller Supervisor, and Branch Manager.
Dees is highly involved in the community, participating in numerous civic organizations, including Rotary Club of Table Rock Lake, Reeds Spring R-IV School Foundation and Table Rock Lake Area Chamber of Commerce. She enjoys spending quality time with her family.
