Simkins Joins Lending Team

Branson Bank is pleased to announce the addition of Eric Simkins as Vice President of Commercial Lending. Simkins will oversee Commercial Lending, in the Branson West Lending Center.
Simkins received a Bachelor of Science Degree from College of the Ozarks in 2002. His career after college started in banking, having served three years as a lender before venturing into self-employment. In 2005 he opened his own American Family Insurance Agency in Kimberling City where he has managed a successful operation for over 16 years, earning accolades such as the “American Family All American Club” (16 years) and the “AFLIC Award” (12 years).
“Almost 20 years ago, I hired Eric after graduation at College of the Ozarks as a bank lender and had the pleasure of witnessing first-hand his work ethic, determination, and drive,” said Dean Harmon, Executive Vice President. “Now 16 years later, I am excited to welcome him back to the Branson Bank lending team to help serve the community where he grew up, resides, and chooses to call home. Eric will be a tremendous asset to our Branson West team.”
Simkins is highly involved in the Stone County community, participating in numerous civic organizations, including: Rotary Club of Table Rock Lake, Table Rock Lake Chamber of Commerce, Rocking Referrals Networking Group, Kimberling City Elks Lodge 2505, and Our Lady of the Cove Catholic Church in Kimberling City. He enjoys hiking, boating, watching his children play sports, and following the St. Louis Cardinals. He resides in Kimberling City and is married to Adria of 19 years with three children: Langdon, Gracie, and Cooper.
