Baker Joins Board of Directors at Branson Bank – August 14, 2020

Branson Bank is pleased to announce the appointment of Greg Baker, Senior Vice President at Branson Bank, to the Branson Bank Board of Directors. Since 2012, Baker has led Business Development efforts at Branson Bank and has spent the last 25 years locally engaged in assisting many Southwest Missouri businesses in their development and expansion, incorporating many of the loan programs available to small business owners.
The Branson Bank Board of Directors is comprised of individuals who advise and oversee the mission, vision, and strategic planning for the bank. Baker joins Branson Bank Directors Peter Peitz, Bill Jones, Wes Strange, John Dyess, Dan Boone, Jerry DeGraffenreid, Mark Luebbert, and Dean Harmon. Advisory Directors include: Mike Bilbrey, Tom Boyce, Dr. Sue Head, Matt Farmer, and Cynthia Carson.

Baker holds an Undergraduate Degree in Business from the University of Kansas, a Masters in Finance from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, and he also received a degree from the Graduate School of Banking at LSU. He is actively involved in many area organizations including: the Branson Rotary Club, currently serving as President, the Executive Board of the South Central Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Board Member of the Western Taney County Fire District, the Taney County Partnership (TCP) Taney County Board of Equalization, and the Financial Oversite Committee for the Tourism Community Enhancement District (TCED). Along with his family, Greg attends First Baptist Church of Branson where he serves as a Deacon and on the Stewardship Committee. Greg is married to Julie and has two adult children, Jenny and Matt.
