Branson Bank is a proud sponsor of Jesus Was Homeless and the Backpack Buddies Program! The Food Drive and funds collected between June 25-29th netted $120 which was matched up to $6 per $1 raised by the Clarke M. Williams Foundation resulting in $720 monies raised for the organization.
Jesus Was Homeless is a non-profit 501(c)3 Christian organization. Its roots are founded on the belief that Jesus wanted us to “live in” and “experience” community with one another. They deliver sack lunches to weekly stay motels and the homeless who live and work in the Branson area. The organization also fosters a Yellow Bike Program and Gateway Church for ‘people who don’t like church.’ For more information about Jesus Was Homeless visit: www.jesuswashomeless.org.

Branson Bank employees Lyndi Carnelison and Halley Fleming present the check and their warm chocolate chip cookies on behalf of the bank to Bryan Stallings of Jesus Was Homeless.
