Middleton Named As Senior Vice President

(Branson, MO) -- June Middleton has been named senior vice president at Branson Bank. A seasoned bank veteran, with 16 years of banking experience, Middleton has helped to strengthen and modernize processes and procedures within several Branson Bank functional areas. She will continue to help strengthen these areas along with overseeing the Information Technology (IT) department.

"June is an exceptional member of the Branson Bank team," said Bill Jones, President of Branson Bank. "She leads with conviction and character and sets the bar high for us all. Under her leadership, the Operations area of our company has undergone a transformation by implementing state of the art technology and quality personnel. I am proud of her and what she brings to our team."

Middleton is a member of the bank's Executive Management Team and is responsible for overseeing: Operations, Finance/Accounting, Compliance, Audit, Human Resources/Payroll, Training, Information Security, Information Technology (IT). She is Secretary to the Branson Bank Board of Directors and Secretary of Branson Bancshares, Inc. June was recently elected to the Jack Henry Core Director National Board.

Middleton is originally from Indiana where she served as vice president and chief financial officer of Farmers and Merchants Bank in LaOtto, Indiana, for almost 11 years. She and her husband moved to Springfield, Missouri, in August of 2005.
